Joshua Rivedal
Speaker, innovator, social entrepreneur—is the creator and founder of Changing Minds: A Mental Health Based Curriculum and The i’Mpossible Project.
He is trained in human capital management with an emphasis in coaching from NYU. He is the author of seven books and a co-author on three peer-reviewed journal papers; one on suicide loss, another on living with chronic illness, and the third on surviving trauma.
He has worked on the marketing team of the world’s best-selling author James Patterson and has helped numerous small business owners start up, bringing in more than seven figures of new revenue. Joshua has spoken about suicide prevention and mental health across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Australia.
His original coursework on suicide prevention is available in Washington State for various professions such as dentists, pharmacists, and occupational therapists. Joshua practices Tae Kwon Do, volunteers for Age Out Angels, is passionate about social justice, speaks a little Spanish, French, and Norwegian, and enjoys comedy and musical theatre.
Ekemini Anthony
Anthony leads a cross-functional team responsible for supporting the company’s platform, systems and products to ensure agile project delivery.
Before joining Problem Space, Anthony worked in a cross-cultural platform as an Organizational Development Manager for a Youth Development NGO and as a Data Manager for an iNGO within a Government Primary Healthcare Facility. There, he was also responsible for Managing induction,performance management, appraisal, training matrix and providing advice and support on personal development plans.
Anthony holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from SRM University, Chennai,India.
Russell Avre
russell is the agile conductor,
his core responsibility is to understand agile and convey through it coaching, so transparently that the people within an organization understands it perfectly.
russell also approaches his work with empathy using lean agile principles to strike the right balance between customer value, agility, and team motivation, you could very well say that his work ethics centers around:

russell is an in-demand agile coach who has mentored hundreds of agile professionals throughout his career on their journeys to pursuing mastery. he is a certified scrum expert (ESMC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC 4.6/5.0) and Scrum Certified Trainer (SCT).
when, he is not conducting an agile orchestra, he is writing and his second book focuses almost exclusively on business agility.
